Your email and the beta
When you join the Qubiq beta, a short record is kept so you can be invited. This page says what it holds and how to have it removed.
- Who keeps it
- Qubiq is made by Adil Dildabayev in Milan, Italy, who is responsible for the beta list (the data controller). Write to a.dildabayev@gmail.com about anything on this page.
- What we keep
- Your email address; your role, if you pick one; the tag of the link you came from, if it had one (a tutorial video links with ?ref=tutorial-2, for example); and the date you joined. Nothing else.
- Why
- Only to invite you to the Qubiq beta and to write to you about it. No newsletters, and the list is never sold or shared.
- On what basis
- Your consent, given when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by email, and your entry is deleted.
- Where it is stored
- In a database hosted by Supabase in the EU (Paris). The site itself is served by Vercel.
- How long
- Until the beta ends, or until you ask for it to be removed.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data by writing to a.dildabayev@gmail.com. If you think it has been handled wrongly, you can complain to a data-protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
- Server logs
- Like every website, the two hosts above keep a short technical log of each request (when it came, and from which IP address) to keep the service running and safe. Qubiq does not use these logs to identify anyone.
- Cookies
- This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing on your device.
